Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
You may exchange your item for a different size, color, or product (subject to availability).
If the replacement item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference.
If it costs less, the balance will be refunded as store credit.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
