By placing an order on ART OF CHOICE  you agree to these Conditions of Sale. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

2) Eligibility

• You are 18+ and authorized to use the selected payment method.

• You may not purchase for resale without written permission.

3) Products & Sizing

• We strive to display accurate colors and images, but screen settings may cause slight variation.

• Sizing charts are a guide only; fit can vary by design and fabric.

• Performance features (e.g., moisture-wicking, compression) depend on proper sizing and care.

• Customized/printed items (names, numbers, logos) are final sale and non-returnable unless defective.

4) Orders & Acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email/SMS, but acceptance occurs when we dispatch the products.

• We may cancel or limit quantities for reasons including suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or policy violations.

• If we cancel all/part of your order, we will refund the relevant amount.

5) Pricing & Taxes

• Prices are shown in Currency, e.g., SAR.

• Unless stated otherwise, prices include/exclude applicable VAT. (Choose one and set clearly on site.)

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time before acceptance.

• In case of a pricing or description error, we may cancel and refund.

6) Payments

• Accepted methods: Mada, Visa, MasterCard

• You authorize us (and our payment partners) to verify and charge your method of payment.

• Orders may be subject to fraud screening; we may request ID/verification.

• For Buy Now Pay Later providers, your purchase is also subject to their terms.

7) Shipping & Delivery

• We ship to: KSA 

• Estimated delivery: KSA 2–5 business days   Estimates exclude weekends/holidays and may vary by location.

• Shipping fees and any options (express, COD) are shown at checkout.

• Risk of loss passes on delivery to your address or collection point.

• If a delivery is refused/undeliverable due to incorrect address or missed attempts, re-delivery fees may apply.

8) International Orders (If Applicable)

• Duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included unless stated otherwise.

• Customs delays are outside our control.

9) Click & Collect (If Offered)

• We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Bring photo ID and the order number.

• Orders not collected within 2-5 days may be cancelled and refunded (less any costs).

10) Returns & Exchanges

• Change-of-mind returns accepted within 7/14 days of delivery. (Choose one policy and state clearly sitewide.)

• Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in original packaging.

• Non-returnable for hygiene: underwear/base layers, socks, swimwear, face masks, headbands/caps, and customized items, unless defective.

• Exchange for size/colour is subject to stock.

• Return shipping: [free / customer pays / free for defects only].

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or in case of our error.

• To start a return: email/portal link with order number and reason. We will reply with instructions and label (if applicable).

11) Defects & Warranty

• If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 10 days of delivery with photos.

• This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper care, accident, or normal wear and tear.

• For approved defects, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

12) Refunds

• Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• Timing may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

13) Promotions, Coupons & Gift Cards

• One promotion per order unless otherwise stated.

• Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash and may have expiry dates or category exclusions.

• Gift cards are non-refundable and not replaceable if lost/stolen, to the extent permitted by law.

14) Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

• Our maximum liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

15) Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, war, government action, network outages).

16) Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, product images, and content on the Site are owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without permission.

17) Privacy

• Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By ordering, you consent to such processing.

18) Governing Law & Disputes

• These Conditions are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of  KSA unless mandatory consumer law dictates otherwise.

19) Changes to These Conditions

• We may update these Conditions from time to time. Changes apply to future orders and are effective when posted on the Site with a new “Last updated” date.

Sportswear Care & Use (Optional Section)

To maximize performance and longevity:

• Wash inside-out in cold water; avoid fabric softeners and bleach.

• Air-dry when possible; avoid high heat in dryers.

• Remove promptly after workouts to reduce odor and bacterial growth.

• Follow care labels; damage from improper care is not covered.
